Josie specializes in performance of people and the organizational systems supporting that performance.  She also leads our career development and transition coaching programming.  With over a decade of experience in finance and experience in both executive and volunteer leadership roles, she blends analytical skills with a passion for people development. Josie holds a bachelor’s degree emphasizing Leadership and Team Development, is a certified Career Navigator, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and facilitates tools such as CliftonStrengths and Working Genius to help individuals and organizations thrive.
